1,What is your payment term?

—Our payment term is T/T in advance,30% deposite against performa invoice and balance should be paied before shipment.

2,Why is have to be deposite?

—Most of our packaging products are custom made(exclusive printing),if by any chance the order is canceled, those products cannot sell to anybody else.

3,How will my product packed during shipping is it safe during long way shipping?

—We pack them layer by layer and with standard export cartons with required shipping marked,it will be steady and save.

4,Will you be responsible for any quality issue?

—Yes.We believe quality inspection.But in any case complaints happen,we will always take it very serious with a responsible attitude until problem solved.
